Rev. Fran and Rev. Bill Noll, Interim Pastors 
Hope is delighted to welcome Rev. Fran and Rev. Bill Noll as Interim Pastors while Rev. Erika Gara is on Renewal Leave from January 8-March 19, 2018.
Rev.s Fran and Bill Noll are both retired elders in the Greater New Jersey Conference of the United Methodist Church. Fran and Bill are spending this winter in Southern California, near three of their four children and one of their four grandchildren.
Before retiring in January 2017, Rev. Fran Lawrie Noll served as a full-time pastor for thirty years. She also served for six years as a District Superintendent. Her education includes an M. Div. from Drew University, and a Certificate in Psychoanalytic Training from Westchester Institute. She is also a life coach. Fran has been on mission trips to Russia, Puerto Rico and Guatemala, and is a member of the board of the Somerset County Food Bank. This past June, she was recognized with the Helanor Davison Award as an outstanding woman leader in her annual conference.
Rev. Dr. William (Bill) Noll served as a full-time pastor for thirty-seven years. Since his retirement in 2013, he has served four interim pastorates, one of which lasted almost three years. He has earned the M.Div and S.T.M. degrees from Drew University, and the D.Min. from New York Theological Seminary. He has been on mission trips in Ukraine, Puerto Rico, Costa Rico and Guatemala, and served for three years on a weekly Superstorm Sandy relief team sponsored by his conference. He is a member and past chair of the Child Placement Advisory Council of the New Jersey Family Court System.
